167b3a7375 feat: Add SvelteKit starter template for customer sites 
- Complete SvelteKit 2 + Svelte 5 template
- Tailwind CSS styling with primary color customization
- Pages: Home, About, Services, Contact
- Contact form with D1 database backend
- Placeholder system for site-specific values
- Cloudflare adapter configuration
